In addition to our support options we also include service level agreements for our URL filter database and can, for example, guarantee web site reviews within 24 hours.

URL Filter Service Level Agreements

Part of what makes the BluePrint Data URL Filtering so effective is our peering agreements.  Our partners anonymously send us the URLs (i.e. Web sites) their customers and users access.  We then add any URLs not in our system to the review queue where they are reviewed and added to the full URL filter database.  This enables us to ensure we have excellent coverage of Web site content for the sites your users are visiting.
