port 80 traffic to the BPDEE
Appliance. If you have

How Do I Allow a
blocked page or site?
You can override the URL
Database ratings by adding
the Web site domain to the
Global allow / deny list
available at the web
interface to your appliance.
To access the web interface
just type the appliances IP
address (such as
192.168.1.123) into a
browser such as Firefox or
Internet Explorer and enter
the administrative ID and
password
I forgot my
administrative ID or
password. How can I
change the settings?
Just give us a
call or drop us an
e-mail. We will
contact you with the
password within 15 min of
your request during standard
working hours.
How often is the URL
database updated and do I
need to do anything?
The URL database is
updated by default once a
day. You can modify
this for more or less
frequent updates.
What do I do if I
experience a problem or if
there is something I don't
know how to fix?
Just
contact us - we will be
happy to be of assistance.

Can I request a page or
URL be blocked or allowed?
Certainly, just drop an
e-mail to
url @ blueprintdata.com (no
space before or after the
@ symbol) and we will
complete and expedited
review or the URL(s) of
concern.
